Shipping & Return Policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days from your order date to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Potential causes for delay may be due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control. We only ship to US addresses at this time!

 

How much will it cost to ship?

Orders over $35 will ship free with standard ground shipping. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We use the USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Expedited shipping options are available for additional fees.

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@vonne.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
